網誌也有名字阿？

某個以前網友推薦的NYOMAN，強烈建議網友小心
我把他從新手教戰手冊除名了
除名原因為欺騙消費者。


事情經過如下：

話說前陣子我正在旅館詢價
我就發MAIL給我熟識的AGENT

但我有找到網友說NYOMAN可以拿到ALILA旅館的好價錢。

所以我就單單問他這家ALILA旅館的 2 faces PACKAGE。

Deluxe room 780++
VILLA 1430++

一開始NYOMAN說他沒報價，要我等一下

過沒多久，我跟別的AGENT談好之後，
（價錢多少就別問了，反正比旅館還低）
NYOMAN就回信給我了

他說
Deluxe room US$ 400 nett
their published Rate US$ 435 nett without airport return transferVilla
suite US$ 700 nett
their published Rate US$ 828 nett without airport return transfer


我一看，媽阿 好低的價錢（但還在合理範圍內喔）

不過我覺得很奇怪，為什麼他能拿到比其他AGENT還便宜的價位
而且新手教戰手冊中
(2004年5月補註：最近這家開的價錢有點誇張，網友記得多多比價喔）-->網友在2004年曾抱怨他的價錢很誇張


所以我馬上寫信再次回問他
do you mean Deluxe room US$ 400 nett for 4 nights and the benefit you type?

結果他才回信跟我說
他開的400nett 是一個人的價錢，一次要買兩個人

這讓我真的很不爽
因為

1.
在巴里島這裡晃這麼久，
沒聽過有用人頭報價的旅館，更何況旅館報價也不是這樣報的。
ALILA報價是一個人參加PACKAGE多少，兩個人參加PACKAGE多少
而不是 像 NYOMAN一樣，報一個400NEET會讓人誤會的價錢

2.
縱使有，AGENT也應該在一開始就說明他的報價是一個人的價錢，一次最少要買兩個人
如果我沒注意，就跟他訂了
可以預見到時候到巴里島，他來收錢時一定跟我為此吵
弄壞我的心情，也造成消費者的不愉快。


3.
ALILA 2 face package 是包含一個3 course的浪漫晚餐
請用英文看

A 3 course Balinese romantic dinner

但他回給我
a 3 course romantic tea with Balinese sweets

整整少了一個晚餐～～～

然後我回信問他，不是應該是晚餐嗎？

他才回我，是阿 他打錯了。


整件事給我的感覺，NYOMAN就是一整個不負責任加上欺騙消費者的當地業者

如果我今天是新手，貪圖便宜而什麼都沒注意就訂了，
那我到了巴里島
才發現實際上是要附400*2，而且還少一頓晚餐。
豈不吐血。



後來我寫信跟他說，要他給我一個合理的解釋
否則我將寫在旅遊版警告大家。

他回我說

縱使400*2 還是比旅館的780++還便宜

Our rate to you is just US$ 400/person nett much lower than the published rate and include return airport transfer.and we have signed contract with the hotel, is it hotel liar as you though ? or our agent also lier ? or you are so stupid to think ?


但是請各位注意：
1.
你要收人家800，一開始就要講清楚
2.
他價錢『乍看』的確比直接跟旅館定便宜，但是如果少掉一頓晚餐（價值135++）
等於這套餐馬上變成僅價值（780-135）*121％=780（跟旅館定的價錢）
結果得用800來定，真的有比較便宜嗎？

3.
最後一句似乎不太禮貌，哈。



再者，他以前的ALILA報價就是不含晚餐，而不是不小心打錯（不小心打錯，能打的這麼相像嗎？）
其實這是有跡可尋的

想當然爾，到當地一定吵起來

我要求他，請給我一個合理解釋
否則我將PO在旅遊版上提醒大家注意

他回我的信，感覺像是小孩子似的『丟臉轉生氣』

I build my travel agencies since 1999 and we have more than thousand tourist to both Alila hotels and many hotels in Bali..how I lie to you ? Do you think Bali now can buy with very cheap price... ? please learn carefully that Bali now is booming all hotels, villas, homestay is full and many local tourist is sleeping in their car last Ramadan (muslim holiday). If you don't trust your local agent who will you trust ? how ashamed are you ?

Its normal you say no one offer you rate per person, because you are not deal with the resources. If I can speak mandarin, I already sue you on the forum to have everybody know you are the bad person, I'm the good one...ha...ha I'm sorry I'm laughing. I forget do I have a guest like you ? I really don't remember.

我拿到的價錢比800好太多太多了。
